A Study On The Sub-contract Cooperation System Of Medium And Small Enterprise

As the enterprises cooperate more and more, sub-contract cooperation show more superiority, this induce the discuss of many scholar, but the object of study focus on the great enterprises, the emphases focus on the motivation and superiority of out-recoucing, the study on the small enterprises in china is little. This paper review the out-recourcing theory, investigate the small enterprises in two trade of the east of Guangdong province, analyse the our-recourcing of these enterprises, have a new theoretics explain about sub-contract cooperation system.This paper expatiate the theory background of sub-contract cooperation of enterprise using enterprise cluster theory and organize network theory. And review the literature of sub-contract cooperation theory, classify the relational literature, use two cases to discuss the theory.Based on the sum of reason and the analyse the demonstration, this paper conclude the motivation and superiority of the sub-contract, the making of the bargain of sub-contract, the organize construst and the distribute system, compare the Japan and Taiwan. This paper analyses how the enterpriser resource and consanguinity, region network, industry network act in the formation of sub-contract cooperation system, and reduce the trading-cost and uncertainty.This paper analyse the effect of sub-contract cooperation system on region-economy, industrial structure and the development of enterprises, then put forward a series of strategy according to the problem in the sub-contract cooperation system of medium and small enterprise in the east of Guangdong province.
