Study On Investment-Finaning Of Infrastructure In West China

The lag of infrastructure construction vitally baffles economic growth of West-China. And investing-financing is the key reason of affecting infrastructure construction of West-China. According to preceding theories and foreign experience, this thesis takes qualitative and quantitative analysis to detect the problem in infrastructure construction of West-China, puts forward advice. The innovation of paper is that analyses the degree of infrastructure investment agrees with GDP, infrastructure investment in whole country and finance supply through trend chart on gross and proportion; exposes the effect that different financing channel to economic development in west through correlation coefficient; adopts factor analysis to study infrastructure construction of West-China though the view of deposit and increment. This thesis consists of seven parts, systemically studies the investment-financing problem of West-China.Part one puts forward the studied problem of this thesis through describing the significance-of infrastructure construction, largely consults domestic and overseas literature and data in investing-financing of infrastructure construction.Part two presents definitions and characters of infrastructure facilities and public good theory and capital allocation of Marx further west development economics. All these are the academic background for this paper.Part three analyses the reformation and problem on investing-financing system of infrastructure construction in China, inducts America, Britain, Italy, Japan's successful experiences of exploiting underdeveloped regions, which give illumination to improving our investment-financing system.Part four narrates status and problems existing in investing-financing system of infrastructure construction in West-China, quantitatively analyses status of infrastructure construction in West-China based on the relation of GDP, the investment on west-China and whole country, the relation of investment in infrastructure construction and utilization of foreign capital. Adopts time serial to forecast the sum of infrastructure investment in west next two years, compares to that of East-China. From investment and financing's aspects we points out that the lack of infrastructure investment in West-China is because (1), infirm economic foundation (2), disadvantageous factors which effect the formation of capital (3), unreasonable investment frame which results in capital waste.Part five adopts factor analysis, assesses the deposit and financing ability of infrastructure construction, introduces increment analysis as supplement to show the status and effort paid to infrastructure construction. Finally carries clustering analysis to puts forward ameliorative suggestion towards each kind.Part six, according to foregoing result and overseas experiment, brings forward feasible advices.
