It starts from investment and financing mode of common main stem road and comprehensively makes study on the model of investment and financing of Jiangsu Province common main stem road and it's relative policy by adopting the method of historical and comparative analysis. First of all, it makes general discuss on the up to date investment and financing model in the domestic and abroad. And it analyzes the characteristic of common main stem road and its correlative theory and puts forward investment and financing mode adapting to Jiangsu Province. It quantitative and qualitative analyzes the existent problem of Jiangsu Province common main stem road investment and financing mode and brings forward corresponding resolvent.
