The Study On Effects Of Assets Reorganization Of DFPC

Assets reorganization is widely being used today, as a measure of making company's stale assets vigorous, restructuring economic, assigning company's resource in China, but its effects are unstable. Basing on the study of effects of assets reorganization of Jiangxi Dongfeng Pharmaceutical CO.LTD(DFPC), which I had worked for, the thesis tries to get the conclusions and experiences on DFPC's assets reorganization and hope it assist the companies like DFPC.First of all, the thesis defines relevant concepts and explains the effects of assets reorganization of economics. Then, on the fact of DFPC's reorganization, and from analyzing shortcoming of the present measure of appraisement, the thesis constructs a new appraisement system. With appraising DFPC from 1997 to 2002 by this system, it gets a conclusion that the transferred effects is available, but the added effects is not good as people had hoped after DFPC's assets reorganization. At last, the thesis analyzes the factors which influence the effects of assets reorganization, such as management of DFPC, the China's environment of assets reorganization, and brings forwards with countermeasure to improve the effects of assets reorganization.
