As China participating in WTO and the international trade becoming freer and more integrative, technic barriers to trade stand out to be the greatest obstacle in the trade of fishery products.The technic barrier usually appears as the forms of technic code and technic criterion, thus it becomes more complex and unaware. Most fishery product importing countries in the world are developed countries. Depending on their advantages in science, technology and management, they establish their codes and criterions according to the request of WTO earlier than developing countries. As the result of such barriers, China has being restricted in international trade for several times.Thereby, technic code and criterion systems in China were analyzed and compared with foreign countries, especially developed countries, to find out the differences, in order to take relevant measures dealing with the technic barriers on our own initiative.Based on this research, two measures were recommended by the author: quick reactivity and technical precaution.Chloramphenicol (CAP) and Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are two typical representatives of hazard residues in fishery products, both of which are the important objects of technic barrier, relating with two measures above respectively. By doing the research on their determination methods with GC, confirming the experiment condition, the thesis discussed the barriers which appeared due to CAP, the potential barriers which could appear due to PCBs, and the answering measures as well.
