The Performance And Trend Analysis Of MNC's M&A In Chinese Stock Market

The foreign capital must depend on M&A activity in order to occupy the market of China. Now the capital market of China is gradually open to the international capital. To MNC, the most effective approach to entering the Chinese market is controlling the Chinese corporations, especially the locally listed corporations. Large-scale M&A is a hotspot of the Chinese capital in the future.The aim of this paper is to evaluate the performance of M&A between the local corporations and the foreign ones in the Chinese capital market before 2004 with the "financial guideline methodology". The paper also studies on the trend of M&A activity of the MNC in Chinese capital market. The decision-maker should take measures to make the best of the foreign capital.
