Research On The Issue Of Agent Right

With the acceleration of economic globalization,the agency system,as expansion and supplement of autonomy of private law, has been increasingly showing its irreplaceable function. However,owing to the social complexity and ambiguity of theoretical concepts, the theory of agency system doesn't completely conform to practice.In this dissertation,the writer conveys some personal views on agency right-the core concept in agency system,from its nature, characteristics.occurrence,execution to extermination.This dissertation consists of four parts.Chapter one affirms the nature of agent right and its dual chracter through analysis and evaluation of all theories;Chapter two respectively expounds specific situations of producing legal agent right and commission agent right, classifying appointed agent right into legal agent right. Chapter three concludes five principles in execution of agent right and restrictions on it. The last chapter definitizes the concept of extinction of agent right and points out its legal results, mainly discussing exterminating reasons of legal agent right and commission agent right.
