On The Variety Of Evidence

With the further discussion of the Chinese evidence legislation, the study about variety of evidence is getting more crucial, the theory basis of the variety of evidence is the same as the cornerstone of the entire trial system. The different divisions of variety between the Anglo-American system and Continental Law Family meet the different features and demands of two different ways of trial. There are some flaws in Chinese procedure laws on the division of evidence, which have been discussed for a long time. We think the right choice might be evaluating the trend of the reform and value of Chinese procedure law and absorbing the reasonable parts of both the two law family. As a result, some reform advices are presented. But in consideration of epistemology, a perfect division of evidence, which contains all evidence of now and future, is not possible.
