Research Of Integration Of Enterprise Intangible Assets In The Process Of Enterprise M&A

The thesis mainly discusses the intangible assets integration in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition梚ntegration of brand, human capital and enterprise culture.Thesis firstly discusses the concept and types of enterprise merger and acquisition as well as concept, character and constitution of intangible assets integration. Thesis also discusses relevant problems of intangible assets integration in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition. These problems include the importance of intangible assets integration, the process of integration and problems exist in the process of integration. It found the theoretical basis for the analysis in the following chapters.On this basis, thesis discusses the integration problems of brand, human capital and enterprise culture in detail. The sixth chapter firstly analyzes the enterprise culture in the process of integration which includes meaning and character of enterprise culture, the dual character, culture collision and risks in the process of integration. And this chapter also discusses the meaning and importance of culture integration, potential culture advantage, the problem and difficulties in integration. Finally thesis discusses the process, principles, pattern of integration and the function of informal organization. Thesis discusses these problems and theories by many cases in order to make the analysis and summary explicit.
