This thesis puts an emphasis on the corporation strategy and corporation resources reorganization to set out how could the enterprises in China perform the resources reorganization validly and accelerate the process. At last the thesis gives a synopsis analysis on the strategy project of a concrete enterprise.First, the thesis makes a perception on the corporate strategy and the corporate resources reorganization, and gets the relation between them- perform the corporate resources reorganization based on the corporate strategy. Then the thesis tracks the five times M&A world waves in modern age and the reform of GE to verify the validity of "the corporate resources reorganization on the corporate strategy", which is the rational rule of the corporate resources reorganization under the market economy.Afterwards, the thesis studies the process of the corporate reorganization in China, especially "the Haier group" strategic development, and concludes that "the corporate resources reorganization based on the corporate strategy" is also right in china. But how to proceed it: first, from the angle of itself, the Chinese enterprises should build up the system of strategy management, improve the corporate management level, develop independently, and search out the proper way for themselves; then from the angle of the environment in which the enterprises exist, it should be improved in no time. The government needs to recognize its function in the society economy, strengthen the finance market and the legal system, offer the policy support, and make the environment of the market economy more perfect.
