| The Theory of Corporate Strategy Management has experienced great changes and huge developments since its born in the 50s of 20 century. And various schools and theories were formed since then, which results in a situation of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools. On one hand, these schools and theories enrich the ideology intension of Strategy Management and extend the theory; on the other hand, the rather complicated theories and methods frustrate the implementer of Corporate Strategy Management, which makes them perplexed and confused in the jungle of all the Strategy Management theories. Meanwhile the Strategy Management also has systemic character and there is little research on this field by the academe.Aiming at the foregoing problems, the author managed to summarize certain characters of the theory using the method of system ideology, combining the research of the various theories of abroad and domestic and the personal understanding of the theory. Furthermore, the classification and integration of some of the current theories were investigated in the view of hierarchy structure, which resulted in the selected schemes of the different factors and environments.First, the connotations of Corporate Strategy Management and system ideology were discussed in the beginning of the thesis, and the topic that Corporate Strategy Management should be treated with the system ideology was assigned. Afterward, the objectives of strategy management, the implications of the interior factors and outside environments, the analysis methods and their mutual relations were presented in the view of system. Further, some of the current methods of Corporate Strategy Management were analyzed with the method of hierarchy structure and the concrete implements and control problems were investigated. Finally, the author expounded the meanings and methods of the implement of Corporate Strategy Management and overall planned the important functions of the above theory in the view of the whole system. |
