Research On Problems Of Large Retail Enterprise

This thesis is mainly about the present running conditions and the problems existing in the large retail enterprises , and also, analyses the causes which has induced so many difficulties. At last, it is about the countermeasures of solving these problems.This article begins with the history background of the large-size retail enterprises, and points out the status and effect of the enterprises in retail trade in our country. The second chapter quotes the theory of International Economic Integration and the relative theory about retail trade, and finds out the disparity between our national enterprises and the foreign competitors with precise and objective data, combining the research about the retail trade of the state and overseas. The third chapter points out the current problem of the large-size retail enterprises in our country. In the fourth chapter, the article analyzes the exterior factor and the interior factor, which will affect the enterprises, and points out the specific problems in the process from planned economy system to market economy system. Finally, the article puts forward the solved scheme combining the international institution and domestic economic policy, which is in order to give references about reducing the disparity between the national enterprises and the foreign competitors, and improving the competitive power of our large-size retail enterprises in retail competition.
