| "Among all those military logistics guarantee operations, transport is the most important one." That is the experience and summary acquired from the eight-year military operation course. These days, in the new 21st contrary, to make the army keep lead in the world, the modernization of logistics transport should firstly be turned into realities. The container transportation is a important indication of the modernization of today's world material transportation. What should we do to meet this need of increasing container transportation?On the basis of system analysis of our existing military material transportation management, it is presented that the Government Issue container transportation management pattern and it is established that the corresponding organization and information net framework based on information technology. According to the present situation of container transportation development and combined with the categories of military materials, the varieties of military materials suitable for containers are defined and the compounding prognosticate model of military materials suitable for containers applied to predict and analyze the volume of one group army's military materials suitable for containers. Meanwhile, the military container transportation benefit evaluation indexes are put forward, and two-layer optimal model of military container transport allocation of fund is established by means of administrative levels theory. According to the military container transport management pattern based on information technology, the computer-aided system is designed and further on the operating simulation is tested. Finally,the conclusion of this research is made and the research direction is put forward.
