To Use Rbv To Analyse The Strategy That Enterprises Should Adopt While Facing Decline

This text uses RBV(Resource-based View of the Firm) to analyze the strategy that enterprises should adopt while facing declining .The text define the concept of enterprise decline and distinguish the fact to act as to industry decline and enterprise decline. It introduce the main view of RBV and adopt RBV mode to analyze the reason that enterprises decline. Compare to Michael ?Potter use SCP mode, it draw different suggestions of the decline strategy to enterprises. According to the factor causing enterprises to decline, this text has proposed that enterprise should adopt short time and long-term declining strategy to break away from the predicament of declining. According to RBV mode, draw lessons from the theory of game theory, this text suggest that: adopt strategic adjustment in a short time, and adopt strategy to innovate for a long time. In a short tune, the enterprises should mainly adopt the strategy such as market innovating which set up on the basis of strategic resources of enterprises. In being long-term, enterprise should carry on strategy innovate, increase new strategic resource and its organizing, distributing ability of resource rationally to promote to set up enterprises and compete for the advantage continuously. This goal of the strategic innovate is that enterprises can break away from the predicament of declining completely. This text uses RBV mode to innovate new discussion to strategy, and discuss three basic key elements that strategy innovates: Based on resource customer values, based on resource and ability technological innovation strategy and based on resource innovation ability of organizing. Finally, this text thinks that strategy innovates and should be realized through the mode of four aspects: 1, On the basis of the purpose of enterprise's resource rational distribution, withdraw from some business not having the advantage; 2 procedure based on ability is given a new lease of life to, ability is to enable organizing the business procedure with competition advantage; 3, On the basis of resource's and ability's pluralism of dependence, is it should go on dependence extend according to enterprise strategic resource and ability in pluralism to think; 4 fosters the new key competitiveness, create the new industry . If the person who becomes formulation of the new industry rule make enterprises obtain value that the strategic resource creates to the maximum extent.
