Financial Performance Analysis Of Stated-owned Industry

After fully research of China's industrial competitiveness state, this paper first analyzes and probes into influential factors of financial performance of state-owned industry according to financial performance issue that state-owned industry exists at present and then financial performance comparisons are made between state-owned industry and the whole industry and between state-owned industry and "san-zi" industry on the basis of financial data of industry that "China Statistical Yearbook (1996-2001)" provides. In the end, the author put forward his own opinions on how to raise financial performance of state-owned industry.In chapter one, Chinese industrial achievements and present problems are put forward on the basis of fully reviewing the developed courses. After that, further current situations are compared and analyzed.After establishing an analytical framework of the factors that influences the state-owned industry's financial performance at first, Chapter two compares financial performance of state-owned industry and the whole industry from two aspects, operating profit ratio and assets turnover.In chapter three, briefly financial performance comparisons are given between state-owned industry and "san-zi" industry according to analytical framework that chapter two has built. This chapter mainly research the industrial structure differences of state-owned industry and "san-zi" industry.After comprehensive analysis the financial performance of state-owned industry, Chapter four points out several measures of improving financial performance of state-owned industry.The basic problem to our industry in the future is how to adapt and prosper in the globalization trend. This thesis attempts to analyze and probe into financial performance issue of state-owned industry, and then gives the suggestions to the reform and development at present.
