In recent years, the core competition has been frequently mentioned in the field of academy and enterprises, and at the same time, enterprises have attached great importance to the promotion of the core competition. With the tendency of globe economy, joined aviation industry and the policy of "open air", aviation industry in china is faced with such fiercer competition that it needs to promote its core competition urgently to become more competitive internationally. In this way, China is not only a country with large-scale aviation industry but also a country with great power in this industry. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the core competition in related international enterprises, the article draws the conclusion that the core capacity of aviation enterprises are mainly concerned with sustained aviation safety, high-quality no-delay, and characterized service. At the same time, in collaboration with the current situation in civil aviation and experience abroad, the article puts forward that core competition in civil aviation industry aims to promote the power of technology, brand, finance, management, channel, and principles.Through the analysis of the competition environment in civil aviation industry, civil aviation industry in China has three major problems. First, internal competition deteriorates, discounting strategy constitutes ill competition. Second, competition in aviation industry lies in an unfavorable position. Civil aviation industry is still on a low level and with a small scale. Recently, highway construction is strengthened. Railway industry does not pose as the dominant any more and is developing the market actively by speeding up, changing the inefficient schedules. Third, international competitiveness is weak. The weakness shows in the low density of airports, decreasing competitiveness of aviation enterprises, high ratio of passengers to aircrafts, low average productivity and so on.The analysis of core competition of civil aviation industry can be characterized as the following. The formation of three Holding Companies makes civil aviation industry expanded to a larger scale and constitutes the monopoly competition so that objective conditions and basis have been available to form the core competition; the process of liberalization is quickened. Civil aviation industry is open to the outside, China is quickening its steps in the pilot spots of open aviation right with the quicker steps of "open air" in the world, civil aviation industry is vulnerable as the victim of political turbulence, economic recession, infectious diseases, wars and terrorism; The fast economic development in China promotes the development of civil aviation industry, as GDP per person has reached $1000, and consumption structure is updated with the increase of traveling passengervolume and frequencies. There are four essential requirements to foster the core competition of civil aviation industry. First, the promotion of core competition needs industry policy support. Civil Aviation Administration has to create a favorable environment actively. Air space should be open progressively, reasonably and conditionally. Second, it lies in the correct marketing positioning. Aviation industry has three successful market positioning modes: low cost aviation (point-point), whole service aviation (hub-and-spoke), and niche market aviation. Third, it should rely on scientific management strategy: Hub-and-spoke system, Computer Reservation System, Revenue Management system, and Frequent Flyer Premium system are called "four basic prerequisites". Aviation enterprises in China should actively introduce and promote four systems to improve their management. Fourth, it depends on the joint cooperation. Civil aviation in the world has entered the stage of union with five aviation leagues having covered most of the passenger transportation market and China is supposed to become one member of the league as soon as possible. The article holds the opinion that core competition should be based on the following modes:...
