However the odds principle that have the strong and big vitality in handle nature and social general business cans not get its application in contemporary judicial proof process. This text intends to identify that the odds principle have also its applicability in the realm of judicial proof process according to explaining of the theories in judicial proof process .In judicial proof, the judge does not only investigate the proof oneself, but also judge the proof and case's factual contact degree. Proof oneself exsits its content is whether to have the problem of the objective and true degree; Proof and case's factual contact exsits whether to have the problem between connection and connection degree or not. The proof standard also exsits probability problem. The all these problem is in fact related to odds principle.
