Influence Of Enterprise Decision-Maker's Comprehensive Quality On Enterprise Performance

What quality Chinese decision-makers should possess to well manage enterprises and what influence decision-makers' comprehensive quality shall have on enterprise performance are the very issues we must thoroughly probe to help decision-makers adapt to more and more severe market competition.People generally realize that decision-makers play a very important role in successfully managing enterprises. Yet there is still a great lag between this consciousness and deep research on the impact of decision-makers' comprehensive quality on enterprise merit. As to modern enterprises, the research provides reference for talent cultivation and promotion, advantages participation and victory of Chinese enterprises in vehement market competition after China's entry into WTO. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend of research in this field to focus on this topic.Studying theory of what comprehensive quality decision-makers of Chinese enterprises should possess, the thesis believes decision-makers should have not only general quality that ordinary people have but also special quality that ordinary people don't have, both of which are necessary to manage enterprises. Besides, it analyzes and demonstrates Chinese and foreign theories and practice on enterprise decision-makers' quality and bring forwards main comprehensive quality that fits Chinese reality and Chinese decision-makers should have.Furthermore, the thesis tries to establish a scientific comprehensive evaluation system as per the requirements of new situation to comprehensive quality of enterprises decision-makers.Discussing enterprise performance, evaluation index thereof, comprehensive quality of enterprises decision-makers and its corresponding evaluation index, the main body of the thesis analyzes the impact of decision-makers' comprehensive quality to enterprise merit from three aspects as earning power, social effect and sustainable growth of enterprises. To analyze the possible liner correlation between index of enterprise decision-makers' quality and that of enterprise merit, it follows the principle that correlation is strong and can be quantified, takes index of enterprise decision-makers' quality as independent variable and that of enterprisemerit as dependent variable, and then constructs a linear regression model. The statistic verification of the model fully explains that comprehensive quality of decision-makers has an obvious impact on enterprise merit.Based on the above analysis, the thesis puts forward a competent character model of enterprise decision-makers and tries to provide theoretic and method evidence for promotion, training and evaluation of enterprise decision-makers.
