The Study Of Comprehensive Evaluation Of Industial Enterprise's Performance

Our country is being placed in the key period of the establishment of socialism market economy system. With the economic environments changing, society and market put forward many more important requests to the enterprise. On one hand, in order to survive and develop in the environments of increasingly vigorous competition, the enterprise must work efficiently, and be sensitive to response; On the other hand, the enterprise must implement the theory of continuous develop strategy, pay attention to harmonious development of economics, environment and society. This will require the enterprise to promote their own quality completely and efficiently.By evaluating its performance completely and reasonability, the enterprise can discover its advantages and disadvantages. And it is helpful for the enterprise to study the successful experience from other ones. This will provide the basis and the guidance for the enterprise to advance.To solve the actual problems, this thesis aims at the shortages that exist in the traditional performance evaluation of the industrial enterprise, put forwards a set of new methods of comprehensive evaluation. At last, the author applied the new methods to solve a practical problem.This thesis includes five chapters:l.The first chapter tells the reasons for which to study the industrial enterprise performance evaluation, describes the way of study. It analyzes the inland and outland economic environment. Based on this, it explains the necessity of studying the enterprise performance evaluation. Then the author puts forward the definition of "enterprise performance" defined by himself. From two aspects, the contents and the methods, the author analyzes the problems existing in the traditional industrial enterprise performance evaluation. Finally, the author clarifies the research way of the thesis.2. Chapter 2 is the academic research of the comprehensive evaluation system. It includes the meaning of comprehensive evaluation, the construction, the general process and the step, classification and its range of research etc. At the same time, it expatiates the author's comprehension and consideration.3.In Chapter 3, the author researches the indicator system of comprehensive evaluation, analyzes the meaning of the evaluation indicator and its category.Then he studies the methods by which he establishes and optimizes the comprehensive evaluation' s indicator system. In order to ensure the maneuverability and the integrality of the comprehensive evaluation' s indicator system, the author also studies the methods to ensure the qualitative indicators to be quantitative.4. Chapter 4 is the research of the comprehensive evaluation' s methods system. Firstly, the author tidied up the comprehensive evaluation' s methods system, defined the contents that it includes. The content includes the non-measurement (the theory of how to transfer indicators that have different measurements into those having the same measurement), the methodology of weight, the compose model, the examination of the comprehensive evaluation etc.5. Chapter 5 is a practical example. Some subsidiaries of a Conglomerate are chosen to be the object, the author applies the evaluation system of this text. Any way, this can also examine the rationality and practicability of the contents of this thesis.At the end of the thesis, some problems about the further investigation are provided.
