Supply Chain Management is a new concept which people gradually pay attention to in recent years. The Supply Chain Configuration is one of the most important links of Supply Chain Management. The New Institutional Economics is developed in the last 30 years. The Supply Chain Configuration and the New Institutional Economics are both the hot topics of the current theory research. But few have researched the intersection of these two subjects.
