Based on the theories on modern management and the actual situation of Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry and by employing systematic analysis method featured by the combination of both quantity and quality, this paper presents a comparatively systematic exposition on major issues, i.e. the integration of natural gas industry, which demand urgent solution in the course of the reform and development of Daqing Oilfield natural gas business. Though aimed at Daqing Oilfield, the paper can also be taken as an reference for the reform and development of China natural gas industry attributed to the involving of the common problems facing Chinese oil & natural gas business.This paper consists of five parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction which focused on the analysis of the necessity and practical guiding significance for the study in this paper as well as the roundup of related theories.Chapter 2 sees an analysis of the external environment for the execution of the integration strategy for Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry. Firstly, the paper made a research on the present situation of overseas natural gas business by analyzing the resources and consumption structure of the world's natural gas business with the trend for natural gas industry as the key points. Meanwhile, the paper conducted an in-depth analysis and study on the status of Chinese natural gas business, particularly the natural gas market and trend for future development. Lastly, opportunities for growth of Daqing natural gas business were found out and challenges were located at the same time through comparison.Chapter 3 analyzes the internal circumstances for the execution of the integration strategy for Daqing Oilfield natural gas business with priority given to the resources status, market demand and the existing problems of Daqing Oilfield natural gas business. Analysis is also made of those organizations which participated in the restructuring. Chapter 4 witnessed an quantitative evaluation of the key factors for the integration strategy. In this chapter, the author analyzed both the internal and external factors concerning the integration of Daqing natural gas business in a quantitative way. Integrated with AHP, this chapter first set up both EFE matrix and IFE matrix with which the paper made an quantitative evaluation of both the internal and external factors against the businesses and then made an comprehensive analysis of the internal and external by applying SWOT. The author also launched a SWOT matrix and in the end finalized the strategic scheme for corporate growth with QSPM method.Chapter 5 illustrated points concerning the strategic study on the integration of Daqing Oilfield natural gas business which worked out the strategy for development of Daqing natural gas business conglomerate, made clear the strategic target, organization framework and marketing network of the restructured natural gas system of Daqing Oilfield. The chapter also pointed out the way to enhance corporate competitiveness, seize target market and to improve corporate benefit through restructuring, which clarified the integrated blueprints for the restructuring of the natural gas system. At the same time, the author pointed out the existing problems against the integration of natural gas business in Daqing Oilfield put forward corresponding suggestions.
