Research In Sichuan Province Electronic And It Industry Development Policies

Informalization becomes the great developing trend of worldwide economy and society. It is a strategy covering the full environment of modernization construction to develop the informalization of national economy and society.In the paper with product life cycle theory and industry arrangement theory and regional economy development theory we set forth the industry life cycle feature and induce the four characters and eight benchmark of appraisal for industry life cycle. With the fact of Sichuan Electronic and IT industry development, we demonstratively analyze the Sichuan province electronic and IT industry, compare it with Sichuan tour industry and food industry by means of parallel analysis. Through the related analysis we find out the existence problem in the development of Sichuan province electronic and IT industry, finally put forward the six strategies and countermeasures to develop the electronic and IT industry. This paper will not aim to analyze the actual products the technology or the application, but focus on reference and methods for local government to scientifically plan and constitute the industry policies in the view of economics.
