Research On The Polices Of The Logistics Cost Based On The Key Customer Value

In this new century, the competitive environment of enterprises has been changed greatly, and it has made challenge to the traditional management modes. The enterprises must fix attention on the customers' requirements, make full use of the resources more reasonable, and reengineer the core competence of enterprises in order to adapt to the new competitive environment. So, the search on the control of logistics cost based on the key customer value must become necessary. One side, it will strengthen and solidify the core status of the customers' requirements and increase the status of key customer value management in customer relationships management; On the other hand, it leads to using the resources more reasonable and optimal by combining the cost control with realizing the key customer value. This paper will discuss about this proposition.This paper is focused on the control polices of the main logistics cost based on the analysis of the inner mechanism between key customer valve and logistics cot and the construction of the key customer valve index system. Before the inner mechanism is discussed, the paper, firstly, will discuss the fluctuation between key customer valve and customer satisfaction, and secondly discuss the fluctuation between customer satisfaction and logistics cost, at last, it will receive the correlative conclusions about logistics cost and key customer value based on the previous analysis. At the same time, the concept of "broad customer value engineering" is put forward and the routes that will improve the customer value are discussed.In the following part of the paper, combining academic research with logistics practice sets up the index system, and the corresponding logistics costs are identified too. In the last part, we firstly set forth the basic idea of control the logistics cost, bring forward five pieces of basic principles of the optimized logistics cost control system. And secondly, the control policies of storage cost,transportation cost,information cost,management cost and the other cost are discussed respectively. During the part of control policies, a model of EOQ is conceived and the method of AHP is used to choose the optimal conveyance too, in order to cut down the storage cost and transportation cost.
