The Study On Supervisory System Over Administrative Legislation And Its Completion

The appearance and development of administrative legislation is the tendency of the society. Legal system over Administration has been undertaking a rapid progress in our country .A great quantity of Administration Legislation have been formulated and put into operation. Since there exist some shortcomings in supervisory system over Administrative Legislation in our country, Administrative Legislation enlarges the power of Administrative Bodies, at the same time, this enlargement brings about a large number of problems. Therefore, searching for the way to perfect the supervisory system over Administrative legislation has become an important topic .In the thesis, the writer puts forward some suggestions in purpose of completing the supervisory system by an detailed analysis to the defects of Administrative Legislation and of its supervisory system.
