Along with the process of international financial integration and network economy quickening, our commercial banks will face drastic market competition. How to enhance the core competitive ability of our commercial banks is a very important question for discussion.Customer Relationship Management system based on Internet technology conform customer information resource through enterprise operation flow recombining. CRM system administer customer relationship by more scientific and effective means, sharing information resource in corporation, reducing the cost of corporation, offering more economic perfect products and service, keeping and fetching more customer, obtaining profit of corporation maximum.This article studies how to put the theory of CRM in practice of our commercial banks and enhance core competitive ability of our commercial banks according the order of bringing forward problem, analyzing problem and solving problem. There are five parts in this article. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter recommends correlation theory about CRM. The third chapter analyses the dynamic reason and status of our commercial banks actualizing CRM system. The fourth chapter studies how to build CRM system in our commercial banks and bring forward the most conformable CRM type for our commercial banks at present. The fifth chapter studies the evaluation principle and index system of our commercial banks.
