With the development of economy and with the growth of the technology, more and more banks build their branch all over the world. So, the competition spread over the world. After China has entered into WTO in 11, 2001, China Construction Bank(CCB) have to face challenge from foreign banks. As one of the fourths china country banks, CCB has changed from traditional bank into commercial bank that run for profit. For CCB the customer manager system is one of the important tackles tocompete with other banks especial foreign banks.In my thesis the exterior and interior environment of economy is analyzed to illustrate the necessary of that CCB do it. The customer manager system is the center of the bank re-engineering. It includes marketing strategy, process re-engineering, organization reform and the culture of enterprise. JIT > re-engineering theory and administration accountancy are theory basis of this article. There are a few problems in the reform process of CCB. To involve it Some measures are suggested including marketing strategy with the center of the customer, set process re-engineering with the core of customer manager, build new organization reform -. reform culture of enterprise and using administration accountancy in the assess of customer manager.The target of writing this article is to supply several useful advices for the revolution of CCB. Also, it could be the new idea to the other banks.
