Service Marketing is the sales services with the aim to build the customer satisfaction, value and retention, and is the breakthrough of Product Marketing, with the aim to compete the price and quality of product. YoungBoy Company is a comprehensive sales agent of Chinese traditional condiments. When he was set up in 1995, YoungBoy was short of capitals and experiences, but the worst was lack of Market Credit. It is a fatal shortcoming for a channel marketer who could not be trusted by his clients. Without the trustworthiness from clients, YoungBoy had nothing to do, so he had to make a resolution to construct his own Market Credit by boosting the sales services. It is by means of Marketing Service that YoungBoy promotes the customer values, piles up a positive word of mouth score that makes more and more clients.The difference between Service Marketing and Product Marketing is that the customer value is paid a more special attention to by Service Marketing than Product Marketing, which pays a lot of attention to the ratio of quality to price of a product. There are two ways in Service Marketing to promote the customer value. First of all is the market probing . one side .in order to gather consuming information , measure market demand and analyze consumer market , the staff of YoungBoy sale the products personally at the selves of supermarkets, absorbing all kinds of consuming information from one thousand typical consumers, then go over their lessons carefully, and generalize the regularity . On the other side , YoungBoy should be aware of who could offer, when the offer could be get, or what kind of product is available to match with the market demand resulted from the careful market probing. That means YoungBoy has to select an enterprise to behis supplier, or his partner. The market probing expose"who need what; who need and could offer a product to match with the market demand." The duty-free delivering service makes the value-delivering network more meaningful. The delivering channel could be called alternatively value-delivering network, so all the channel members are united closely by this delivering service to construct a marketing barrier. Many special features character the delivering service of YoungBoy. The most important of them is the integration of the mixing stock and the optimizing truckload . The mixing stock means that all kinds of goods are packed together in proportion of the market demand. This increase the managing cost definitely, but it reflects the market demand. The optimizing truckload is to optimize the ration of goods for a delivering truck in order to obtain an ideal ratio of the cost to the profit; it's to enlarge the benefit at the expense of one unit cost. In this way, the delivering service not only match with the market demand, but also promote the competence of YoungBoy .Service Marketing bases YoungBoy with the market credit.
