| With the entry into WTO of China, as one of the pillar industries of our national economy, the real estate industry is facing the situation of opportunity and challenge existing side by side. The overall strength of the real estate industry of China is not powerful enough, so, how to turn negative factors into positive factors and reduce the distance between our real estate industry and the developed country's? In my opinion, based on emulating the foreign mature managerial system, to seek and properly use talented persons becomes the crucial element of the real estate industry, which is stepping forward new starting point and high level of being in line with the international. This thesis intends to analyze the present condition of real estate industry in China and the essential question to its further development, based on a large number of facts and data as well as many experts' achievement. Comparative methods and qualitative analysis are used here.The outline is as follows:Firstly, a detailed research of the present condition of our country's real estate industry.Secondly, talented persons are the key to the development of any industry, especially the real estate industry, proved by management theories and facts.Finally, through plenty of examples in practice the article summarizes the methods that seek talented persons through eight methods to observe,six methods to experiment and conclude from six kinds of relations, four kinds of friends. And the article also discusses that it should be according to the material interests in life that Real Estate enterprises arrange properly talented persons.
