Research And Demonstration Analysis On Machinery Equipment Asset Evaluation

Evaluation of machinery equipment has important effect on property right conveyance and corporation recombination. It can accelerate economic revolution of our country, develop the society economy, and ensure every kind of owner s' property rights and protects market economic order of the socialism.This article first introduces the characteristics and basic methods of asset evaluation in China, then makes deep research on machinery equipment evaluation which is possessed of large proportion in evaluation. It includes: (1) evaluation of machinery equipment both made in China and imported from other countries; (2) ascertain of every depreciation by replacement cost; (3) research on valuation theories and methods for motor vehicle; (4) quality of second-hand car and evaluation practice.Asset evaluation is a risky vocation, in which there are some random and uncertain factors. Therefore, this article analyzes the essentials and characteristics in asset valuation risk and discusses about how to prevent and control this risk effectively.Based on the research of evaluation of 8 machines consigned by Leshan Road and Bridge Engineering Company, we find some problems of the valuation institution during the evaluation practice process and make some suggestions in this article. In the end, we have deep research on the importance of attestation and re-evaluation on machinery.
