Building Of Road Maintenance Machinery And Equipment Tender Analysis And Tender Evaluation

Upon the basal theories and procedures of mechatronic equipment of inviting public bidding, the thesis analyzed the actual status of the equipment for construction and maintenance, introduced the unique view about the tendering file's framework and bidding factors. Provided with the mixing equipment for asphalt concrete, it worked out the principal indexes and evaluating factors in the inviting process. Additionally, analyzing several evaluation methods, it integrated the AHP model and Fuzzy model into synthetic evaluating method for the evaluating process. Considering the deficiency in the present evaluation method, the thesis introduced DARE method based the Value Engineering into the research. Moreover, it investigated the evaluating system of equipment bidding based on the narrative of network bidding.
