Logistics Management In Cost Control

As the development of economy globalization and market competition becomes more intense, the logistics has turned up as the third source of enterprises' profit. The enterprise's logistics is aiming at carrying out the development goal: to realize the fixed customer service level with general logistics cost as less as possible. Therefore, how to strengthen cost control has very important meaning for logistic management activities.The thesis is researched by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the concept and assortment of logistics cost and basic knowledge of cost control are expatiated on. Next, to a certain extent, the usage of ABC solves the puzzle about logistics cost' s calculation methods which is brought on by the conflict between the Iceberg Theory of logistics cost and practicality. Base on the above, the thesis laid a study emphasis on the process of logistics cost control. Finally, the mode of logistics cost control is discussed as an use for reference supply to real work.
