| In the knowledge and economic age, enterprise's competition is just talented personnel's competition. Human resource management is becoming one of enterprise's strategies. Job Analysis, the basis and gist of all human resource management activities, provides firm guarantee for an enterprise to have human resource plan, recruitment and choice, training and development, performance management, salary management and career development etc.The writer, recommended by the supervisor, took part in the HRM consulting group of ACTION Company, was in charge of the design, research and implementation of the job analysis. As the main member of the Job Analysis Group, the writer designed questionnaires and forms, train employees, and complete job instructions, especially use 360-degree Job Analysis Method to analyze the jobs. This Job Analysis was gotten praise by leaders and employees of ACTION Company. The results of the job analysis have been applied into practical use such as in job appraisal and performance management.There are also some problems left in the research: the application and amendment of the job analysis need some time to test ; The analysis of personnel qualification was just by experience ,not using some personnel testing tools.The structure of this paper is as follows: Sectionl introduces some basic theory of Job Analysis; Section 2 is appraise the condition of Job Analysis inACTION Company; Section 3 is the design and implementation of Job Analysis; Section 4 is the application of Job Analysis; Section 5 evaluates the Job Analysis. |
