After ten years' hard work, China has taken the first place in the world in its output of sintered Nd-Fe-B, and the Chinese Nd-Fe-B industry meets the golden time for development. However, the Chinese Nd-Fe-B industry faces stronger market competition from the relevant enterprise of developed countries, and there are still many shortcomings in its technical strength, product level, enterprise size, market status and marketing ability. The key of turning China from an Nd-Fe-B magnet large country into a magnet great power is to assist each enterprise in marketing and make them win in the strong competition with manufacturers abroad.Based on the research method of marketing and followed by the research masterstroke of market opportunity analysis, target market choice, the thesis first analyses the marketing environment of Nd-Fe-B industry and draws the conclusion that the main factor which influence the development of NdFeB industry is in favor of its progress. Then the thesis explains the whole thing and the development trend of the Nd-Fe-B application market, especially describes Chinese Nd-Fe-B industry and its competitor. In the end, the thesis states the strategy that Chinese Nd-Fe-B industry should take in its product, price, and sales promotion.Chinese sintered Nd-Fe-B industry should make every effort in the marketing strategy. It should improve the product quality, quicken the enterprise conformity, and increase its share in the advanced application market, strengthen the building of its marketing channel.
