As china's entry of WTO, feed industry face more threats than ever before. There are some more influence such as raw material of food supplies, global purchasing, and Chinese government's toughening legislation and execution of the food safety law. One of the most important factors is that government loosens its regulation on the media about the avian influenza and foot and mouth disease, providing more uncertainty to the feed industry.We select a large feed factory as the sample of our research with the changing environment as our research background. This feed factory enters into new market area and tries to develop a new business model, especially in purchase, production, and operation aspects. This business model takes after the restaurant multiple shops' purchase/sales/operation. In order to be simple, we choose Shandong province as our target market to enter. The aim of this report is to illustrate a new model of a large Tianjin's feed factory's development in Shandong province market. In addition, the word "feed" in my report only refers to porker feed and sow feed, if not specified.
