The Socialist Common Prosperity Road Under The Market Mechanism--Study On The Development Mode Of Nanshan Village Of Longkou City Of Shandong Province

The fundamental goal of socialism is to achieve common prosperity. By now we have established the socialist market economy after a period of reform and opening up. However, the market economy also has its side effects. It enlarges income disparity and even creates a polarization of wealth as well as brings a development in economy and strengthens the base of common prosperity. So, how to realize common prosperity of peasants under the socialist market economy becomes a problem that needs a rapid settlement in the 21st century, and it is also the issue that the paper will deal with. The paper is a demonstrative study with Nanshan Village as a case, which has become a well-off village from a poor little village and has brought together the nine poor villages all around to realize prosperity. Although the description and study of Nanshan Village is not of universal significance, it reflects genuinely how the village achieve common prosperity through developing socialist market economy energetically, which we can call Nanshan Mode. The paper provides a profound study of Nanshan Mode on the basis of a deep research in the economic and social development since reform and opening up. The author holds in this paper that the common prosperity achieved in Nanshan Village is a result of faithfully carrying out of Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, and it is achieved by self accumulation, hard work and intelligence; the essence of Nanshan Mode is adhering to the human and scientific developing idea, bringing into play the intelligence and power of the masses, persevering in the collective ownership of the means of production and the collective developing mode, developing industry and accelerating rural towns building by industrialization, and strengthening spiritual and political civilization and achieving prosperity of the material ,spiritual and political civilization.In order to get a thorough cognition of Nanshan Mode, the paper develops its analysis from the following four aspects: the ideological foundation of Nanshan Mode, the construction of Nanshan Mode, the opportunities and challenges in Nanshan's future development, and the experiences and revelations of Nanshan Mode. The author holds that Nanshan Mode is one of the successful modes of achieving common prosperity under the socialist market economy and is of great significance for the realization of common prosperity in rural society and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
