The validity research of the leading behavior is one of the keystones of the organizational behavior research. The factors influencing the validity of the leading behavior and how to enhance the leading validity are the essence of both theoretical and practical leading research. The outcome of the theoretical leading research can be divided into three parts: leading theory on specialty, that on behavior and on power exchange. In 1985, Bass put forward the leading behavior theories on exchange and innovation, in which more practical viewpoints were absorbed. The above theories treated the leading behavior by using the way of man in the street, therefore, they were of great application value and widely used in practice.Based on reviewing kinds of the leading theories and according as the leading theory on innovation, this article focuses on the practice research of the leading behavior validity from three aspects: individual leading behavior, team leading behavior and organizational leading behavior. As for individual, the validity is analyzed from establishing personal influence, leader's characters and his routine work. The following is expatiated from team establishment, member stimulation, how to deal with the conflict and team spirit infrastructure, analyzes the characteristics and methods of coaching leaders in detail. For the organizational leading behavior, more attention is paid on how to use the power and human resource, how to authorize and how to control and set up organizational and leading culture. And goes deep in some of the leaders' characters in 5th grade.The article analyzes which leading behavior is effective and what kind of leading behavior affects leaders and the team members positively by quoting lots of cases in point from the microcosmic and the operational.
