The effect of education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres could influence the outcome of construction for our harmonious society immediately. This dissertation exercise the method of demonstration on the base of questionnaire and interview to analyze the obstruction for offering education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres reference.Three parts in the dissertation are discussed as follows:The first part points out the conceptions about education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres, the reason and significance for this study; The second part analyses the status quo of education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres;The third part introduces the counter measures to the obstruction in education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres, including: updating the idea of the education, bringing the schools of party into playing important role, expanding and integrating resources of the education properly, inspiring the enthusiasm of the study by using experience in reason, building up the force of teachers, innovating manner, content and courses of the education, and perfecting the systems of supervising and defending.In conclusion, construction of the system of education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres is a complex and arduous systems engineering. The original intention of this dissertation illumines the enterprise of education for Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres by studying the obstruction in there.
