Now most of the local companies in China are in an intensive competition situation. Facing with the mature marketing economics system, they feel the great challenges. So it becomes necessary for them to take initiative measures to get advantages in the competition. Almost all the enterprises have recognized the importance of information system within them, which becomes critical to the companies' development. Because it can increase its market, decrease the cost and make its costumers more satisfied. This report begins with the relationship between IT strategy and corporate strategy. Then it continues with the description of its sales and customer management information system. Finally, it ends with the system evaluation and suggestions.All the report can be divided into three parts. The first one is about the basic introduction of Chang Hong. Through the value chain analysis, get the critical factors to treat with the challenges. After knowing the critical factors, the issue about how to choose good system is coming. The second part is the detailed description of the system. The final part is about the suggestions and advices.
