This article that adopts analytical positivism method, depending on detailed reference data, by comparative analysis, discusses the problems existing in the recombine of state-owned property, and puts forward to some advice and suggestions solving these problems.The basic content of this article can be put it briefly as below:Firstly, it analyses the characteristics and main problems and introduces the recent condition of state-owned enterprise's property recombine.
