The resolution of such kind of problem will influence the whole state-owned enterprises reformation even the stability of society. The other is the systematic analysis about the real roles, which the Chinese government played in merger and acquisition as well as the causes. Part three: Owning to the analysis above .Now, it's natural for China government to re-mould his roles and functions in merger and acquisition which covers basic principals of government orientation and the problems about the transforming governmental functions.
