The Interactive Relationship Research Between China's Money Market And Capital Market

Currently, the relation between money market and capital market is the focus of the reform to our economy and finance system. Under such background, this dissertation regards the relation between the two markets as the breakthrough of study point, try to study the development in harmony of two markets of ours。Chapter one is the introduction Part. It introduces the background and meaning of selecting this title briefly.Chapter two is analyses of the relationship between money market and capital market in developed countries. The developed countries' mould can be used for the China to research the relation between money and capital, through the detailed observations to Germany, Japan, and America.Chapter three is the empirical research about current money and capital markets coordination. It, firstly, looks back, the four stages of the two markets in China, and then, makes empirical analysis from such aspects as cash interaction between money and capital, the effect that money market factor changes bring the stock market, the effect that stock market put on the money market.Chapter four describes the restriction factors that curb the development in harmony between money and capital in China. These curbing factors are currently analyzed according to the results of chapter three. They are : lagging of money market comparing to the capital market, inside defects of capital market, isolation policy between the two markets. Furthermore, the cause and negative side effect from the cause behind are also analyzed.Chapter five strengthens the reasonable choice between the money market and capital market in China. On the basis of the research and inspiration from the developed countries, this part suppose developing and regulating the capital market strongly, making the interactive relation smooth in such three aspects as business, organization, and surveying, besides that, this part also strengthen the effective cooperation between the two markets and supervising to the financial market. At the end of the part, it puts forward some advice and countermeasures on how to strengthen the development in harmony between the two markets.Eventually, the dissertation draws preliminary conclusion and enlightenment.
