| The demolition of old urban buildings, which has become a focus of every field in the society, is a sensitive and widespread problem. This thesis starts from the concept of urban building demolition of our country, analyzes briefly its legal system and attributes, and then advances a creative approach of its compensation system to imperfect the legal system concerning the demolition of urban buildings, by means of which a more scientific, impartial and rational legal system of demolition will be established.
