| Insurance is an industry that deals with risk. The safety and stability of insurance company, especially life insurance company, impact the benefit of the public and the safe of the society. This thesis analyzes the importance of insurance solvency supervision, reviews the solvency supervision experience at abroad and home, makes a study on the solvency management of life insurance company. At last, the thesis analyzes the 12 solvency supervision indexes of life insurance through Principal Component Analysis, gains 3 comprehensive evaluation indexes.The thesis covers five parts.Part one is an introduction.Part two makes a summary for the insurance solvency supervision.Part three makes an analysis on the factor of the solvency.Part four studies the comprehensive evaluation index system of life insurance company solvency and applies in practice.Part five puts forward the advices of the solvency risk management of life insurance company.
