Power and interest are the most basic concepts of the theory. The parses of the power in the international politics and the interest defined by power made the conceptual base of his theory; philosophy is the most profound sources of all the knowledge, the interpretation about the "ill-nature theory", balance of power and sovereign states as the most important international behavioral bodies made the philosophical base. The studies about the independence, research methods and the essence of the international politics field and the studies about the conflicts between nations and the ways to international peace are the main contents and also the core of Morgenthauian Power Theory.
