The Research About The Ways To Evaluate The Knowledge Enterprises

With the development of the science and technology system reform, the era of the knowledge is ushered in. Kinds of knowledge enterprises have pushed the national economy forward. So it is very urgent to recognize the value of knowledge and exercise the comprehensive evaluation of the knowledge enterprises assets, which has been an important and practical problem to solve with the development of the society. For this purpose, firstly, this thesis will differentiate the knowledge enterprises in terms of the input and contributed rate of the products expand the scope of the knowledge enterprises and analyze their characteristics and constituted factors of the assets. As we all know, the knowledge enterprises are composed of tangible assets, intangible assets and human resources. These last two factors occupy a very important position in the enterprises, which have showed the potential of enterprises and decided their competitive strength in a long run. And this thesis has specified the theoretical basis and practicability of the assets evaluation in accordance with the present assets evaluation models and ways. Secondly, Aiming at the various characteristics of the assets, the influential factors of the value are analyzed, the adjusted factors are quantified in the way of step analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. And the evaluation model of various capitals based on the market law and income law has been obtained by use of the linear regression and the fixed price by capital assets. Moreover, the evaluation model for the overall value of the enterprises is decided by the influence of the enterprises goodwill and the fuzzing mathematics. In this way, this model has been testified positively. It proves the model can reflect the value of the knowledge enterprises more objectively, possess the strong practicability, and apply to the objective estimation value of the knowledge enterprises.
