We discussed two topics in this article, the mechanism in which interest rates affect the real estate markets and several innovations on the Chinese real estate marckets based on the mechanism. Does the prosperity of the American real estate markets have any relativity with the continued fall of the interest rates? In another word, does the interests rates do affect the real estate marckets? If yes, how does the effect have been implemented? By answering the three questions, we have explained the transmission mechanism, that's for the first topic. For the second topic, via the comparation between the American real estate markets and Chinese real estate marckets ,it is advised that the development model of American real estate markets be adopted in China, and some innovations were given for the macroeconomic control on Chinese real estate marckets.
