The Influence And Suggestion Of Entering WTO On The Macroeconomic Control Law

Macroeconomic Control Law is a kind of law which coordinates Public Law and the Civil Law, and the relations between the government and the market. Its object is to restructure the relationship between the government and the market. Meanwhile, it also aims at changing the status of the government in the market economical relations and the methods that government uses to interfere with the economy. The World Trade Organization is the only universal international trade organization at present. Its documents provide us with a basic frame not only for market economy law but also for promoting our government functions to shift. That is to say, it is a frame of market-oriented government and market relations, and it's the base of our country's economy legislation. After our country's entering the WTO, Macroeconomic Control Law, as the important constituent part of economic laws system, also faces the new content and duty with the quickening of the economical globalization . Therefore, it will not only call for our country to strengthen the transparency of macroeconomic regulation legislation, but also call for the government to carry out the macroeconomic regulation and control with the new ideas. At the same time, some relative macroeconomic regulation and control law need further revising and consummating. During the adjustment and consummation of Macroeconomic Regulation and Control Law, our government should set up a unified, transparent and complete foreign-related economic laws system to fulfill the promise of entering the WTO. This system must adapt to socialist market economy demand, and accord with our government's WTO commitments and international regulations at the same time. Based on the above background, this article deeply analyzes the effect of Macroeconomic Control Law after our country has entered WTO, and discusses the necessity and long-term meaning of improving and developing Macroeconomic Control Law and founding mature Macroeconomic Control Law system. In the end, it brings up concrete suggestion and opinions.
