Studies On Peasant's Burden Of Tianzhen

This text, based on economic theory at first, has annotated the connotation of the peasants' burden; has analyzed the peasant's behavior and damage with overweight burden and the finitude they could endure. It expounded the realistic meaning of lightening peasants' burden in solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and peasant", then advancing overall construction of well-to-do society. At the same time, taken Tianzhen County as an example, this text has analyzed the various kinds of restrictive factors which are decision-making and distribute mechanism on rural public products that peasants bear, property tax mechanism, administrative system, etc. Combined this county reality closely on this basis, the author has discussed and made the basic ways and feasible schemes to lighten the peasants' burden from increasing income and lightening the burden angles. Among them, the text has groped for the agricultural industrialization, rural urbanization, the policy that optimizes finance and supports agriculture. According to the cause of peasants' burden, this text has investigated the transformation of three major systems to lighten peasants' burden, such as duality-social system, expenses of taxation system and administrative system. These systems must be set about settling well at present.
