The management of football game is an important part of footballprofessionalization. From 19th century to nowadays ,the managementpattern of world football is going to steady and unified.Because of thedifferent legal status of football management organ,China face newproblems different from the pattern of the world which can not be dealtwith by current system.The process of China's football industrializationseems hard in this special historical background. The development of football industry in China has been 10 yearslong,football league matches has developed to a new stagetoo.Nevertheless,the system of football management has also keepconstant with no progress.At present ,there is short of theory research onthis problem.Therefore ,to patch up the theoretic blank ,the article baseitself with association autonomy upon economic law which inquire intohow to stride across the obstacle made by the current rules.Comparing tothe research on advanced football management system , the articleattempts to dicuss the problem on the legal status of football associationand solve this problem ,in order to orientate it and make contribution tothe steady development of the football industry in China.Thus there issome difference between this article and previously researchachievement.Firstly,embodying on perspective and train ofthought .Secondly,the article use new research method such as practiceanalysis,value analysis,sociology,economic analysis etc,especially thepractice analysis. The key points of the article tend to accept the standpoint whichsuggest to manage the football industry by football officials andautonomic association both,to change the unusual legal status and footballmanagement pattern in China by making a breakthrough from currentrules,customs,tradition and literature.The article is composed of threeparts except preface. Chapter one of the first part talks about the universal pattern offootball association all over the world,in order to make reality support formy points.Firstly, research on comparing two patterns ,the managementmodel of the world and our system ,we can make a conclusion thatmodern football management develop to the stage that two method worksat the same time,officials and autonomic association.Secondly,analysis onthe autonomic football association, we can find its character whichprovide abundant theoretical resources for reconstruction of our footballassociation.Thirdly,this method offer a new way to deep out thephenomenon of our football management .Finally,according to analysisthe reasoning of the football association in western world, it draw aconclusion that it is reasonable for football management ,meanwhile setforth the function of football management officials in modern footballmanagement system. Based on the analyse of chapter one, the second chapter will focuson the content of autonomy of the Football Association. Autonomy is acombination of privite rights and public power, which is inter alia thefoundation and precondition of autonomic Football Association and onwhich recent global football management is possible. This chapter willanalyse the origin of the this autonomy and its related contents by formerapplied reality research method and thereby provide necessary detailsand grounds to the third chapter –the legal status of Chinese FootballAssociation (thereafter CFA). Chapter three, as the core of this thesis, will mainly search the thelegal status of Chinese Football Association, which focus on theevolvement of CFA, sorts of problems caused by its incorrect legalposition and the re-positioning of CFA. The evokement analysed inchapter one attempt to find out why CFA has a mal-status between theauthorities and the local groups, and chapter three will disclose reasonsthat the present management come into being through the realityresearch without value judgment. Section 2 in this chapter developssmoothly from the section 1 to argue the problems caused by themal-status and possible solutions.
