Recent decade years, the self-construction of CCP and construction of campus culture are always the emphasis, received the attentions of universities' leaders and scholars. The scholars have deeply researched the two subjects. But few of them relate them together.In this paper, the writer relates the universities' CCP construction with campus culture construction by analyzing the influence of social system on campus culture.
